INTRODUCTION TO EFT

Krhem Level 1: At this level Krhem can be used with family, friends,animals and plants. Krhem is NOT a level of Reiki so.............. No pre-requisite is required for level 1 only an interest in the energy.

REIKI FIRST DEGREE TRAINING. At this level you can give Reiki to friends,family,colleagues,animals,plants,food.

Second Degree Reiki:This is the level where you can become a practitioner if you wish. Pre- Requisite Reiki Level 1

At this level of Reiki the power of the energy is increased - some say squared. The energy is of a different vibrational rate and radiates as it beams from the palm chakras.The hands and arms will adjust to the  further opening of the Reiki channels which will be established during the 21 day cleansing process. There will be changes in lifestyle and resolutions to emotional problems. There will be ways found to forgiveness and a further expansion of awareness and consciousness.
