I was at my wits end when I went to Lorna for help, my relationship had broken down and things were going from bad to worse. I was at rock bottom Lorna was absolutely fantastic and taught me EFT and EmoTrance to help myself, she also 'took me back' to situations in the past that I hadn't really dealt with properly, and that appeared to be affecting my decisions in the present, and helped me through them again. Lorna has really changed my life - I have gone on to take Reiki level 1 training with her and Indian Head Massage, I intend to take Reiki level 2 in the near future and hopefully, in time, Krhem Sekhem. Her training days are fantastic. I can honestly say Lorna is my saviour, she continues to be supportive and is always there if I need her.

Thanks to Lorna Firth I was fortunate enough to go through the painless process of hypnotherapy and stop smoking. She made it an easy habit to break and, over two months later, I am still going strong. I was a 30 to 50 a day addict and I felt that it was totally controlling my life. Expensive too!
Personally, I think hypnotism is a wonderful way to give up smoking and my sessions with Lorna were relaxed and informal but professional. Lorna also offers a great support mechanism too.

Would like to say a huge thank you for helping Alan to quit smoking.
It has now been 18months and still not smoking. We cannot tell you what this has done for us besides keeping Alan healthy.

"i have had the good fortune to experience both Reiki and Krhem-Sekhem. with both types of healing - you have to be open to their power to heal. with Reiki i felt strong colors and images and it was amazing once i found a great channeler - Lorna Firth who herself is an amazing channeler, counselor.... more later about Lorna. in comparison to Krhem-Sekhem which i found a much more 'quieter' more subtle but even more powerful in its beauty and calmness, it was soooooooo amazing i love having Krhem-Sekhem more than reiki - i came out feeling in utter and complete peace, my mind was calm and quiet, i felt so much more alive. with what Lorna has explained to me - Krhem-Sekhem is a femmine energy and hence it is more intune and more subtle but more powerful to Reiki which is a more masculine energy - yin-yang. as well with Reiki - you cannot focus on an area or a 'problem' as with Krhem-Sekhem you ask the person what would they like the practitioner to focus on for the person being 'treated' which i found makes you also participate in a way in your own healing, being pro-active if you like in making yourself better or focus on that particular concern or regard you want to 'fix'

I experienced hypnotherapy, past life regression and mnemodynamics to help conquer a phobia I have had since a baby that was taking over my life, and from that there, were traumas from my childhood that needed addressing. This was a life changing positive experience on both counts, and am now more confident, less critical or judgmental of others, accepting that everyone has choices, whether I approve or not. As a result I have gone on to train in all three modules of Krhem healing energy, Indian head massage and basic EFT, all of which I find so useful for personal use and with family,friends and some clients, with encouraging results.
